This blog is for people who want to foster a rescue dog or they just love cocker spaniels!
About:
Me and my family just got our first foster dog from and organization called Angles Under Our Wing Cocker Spaniel rescue (http://www.angelsunderourwings.com). His name is Angus, he is just under 2yr of age and loves to snore!
Reason to foster:
Dogs like Angus have either been abandoned by their human family or had something else terrible happen to them. Like Angus some of the dogs don't come with a story. Fostering helps the dogs get ready for their forever home once they are adopted. It also keeps them out of a kennel. I never thought of this but a fellow foster parent for AUOW (Angles Under Our Wings) said "when I foster I am saving two lives. The first is when I get my rescue foster and the second is when that dog leaves and the next one comes along!"

We got Spencer from Angels Under our Wings, too.
